Our Protections
Since its creation in 2003, Esquad has never ceased to put forward innovative technical solutions with the use of Armalith (French patent), privileged partnerships with French weavers for the development of new exclusive materials: WP jeans and Esquad Protex.
The use of fibers and materials never before seen in the world of motorcycling, such as ceramic, UHMWPE, Hipora® or Primaloft®, which have become standards.
The R&D approach, in close collaboration between the industrial unit and our laboratory, allows us to adapt and respond to customer requests and to anticipate the motorcycle environment.
This innovative sensibility is as much a part of Esquad's DNA as the sporty chic style that has been worn since its inception.
Esquad-Protex©
Our ESQUAD-PROTEX© lining is the result of the brand's industrial know-how and combines a very high level of protection and comfort.
It is a two-sided textile material. The blue side in contact with the skin is made of cotton and polyester, ensuring softness and comfort. The yellow side, on the denim side, is made of a mixture of para-aramids and guarantees a very high level of resistance to abrasion in case of a fall.
This material is manufactured by a knitting partner in Mazamet, in the South of France. It is used exclusively on the brand's 2-layer models.
ARMALITH© TECHNOLOGY
The perfect fabric for motorcycle jeans! AMALITH© combines the resistance of a high performance fiber with the comfort of a classic denim in a single layer fabric, i.e. without lining. Protective on the outside, comfortable on the inside, ARMALITH© offers the feel of denim while matching the strength of leather.
Impact Dry
Quoi de plus pénible qu’un jean gorgé d’eau comme une éponge ? La technologie Impact Dry prévient ce désagrément, ouvrant de nouvelles perspectives à vos sorties si la météo est incertaine.
Plus qu’une simple doublure étanche, la technologie Impact Dry garantit l’imperméabilité du jean tout en préservant sa respirabilité.
Le textile enduit d’un traitement déperlant est associé à une membrane haute performance. Ce combo gagnant assure une véritable barrière contre la pluie et prévient l’imprégnation du jean par l’eau.
Dans le même temps, cette membrane micro-perforée laisse l’humidité naturellement dégagée par la peau s’évacuer vers l’extérieur pour un confort à long terme.
